We were approached to create custom web portals to process and manage customer orders. We built three web portals in a new custom framework, to handle Freedom Technology’s distinct customer segments, while devising and implementing a simple online ordering system.

Their customers love the new portals and online ordering system. Higher levels of customer satisfaction and user engagement have led to repeat business, while added stability and usage capacity has allowed the company to win bigger accounts.

The more efficient self-serve portals have brought big internal benefits too – making the ordering process around three times faster, and freeing-up staff time and resource. This allows Freedom Technology to focus on driving business growth.
