We added custom connections to map relationships between properties, owners, tenants and service providers, with custom fields such as levy discounts and ballot information.
The system records all notes plus actions taken and notifies team members, creating visibility and transparency for all staff across the organisation. Love Wimbledon can evidence work completed, using reporting functions to gain meaningful insights. This enables them to quantify resource used, justify spend, demonstrate impact within the town centre, and communicate this to stakeholders.
