Data from your existing system needs to be mapped and imported.
Firstly, you load a pro-forma contact record in the Salpo system by defining all the data fields that you want to make available.
There is a standard list of fields available (e.g., first name, last name, email, address, mobile number, company etc).
You will need to define the fields that you need beyond these. These might be, for example, dietary preferences, National Insurance number,
driving licence number etc, if you have previously collected these from customers.
Data is then imported via csv file.
We also have a handy visual data import utility within the system which you can use to help map your existing data to the new system.
